Facial and body skin is different, so we discourage using our Body Sunscreen on the face as it might clog your pores. But its light, non-greasy formula is perfect for your bod!Our Daily Water Gel SPF50+ Sunscreen is ideal for your face as it delivers greater skincare benefits with hydrating and plumping hyaluronic acid. However, you can also definitely use it on your body if you’ve only packed one sunscreen in your beach bag.How to use our sunscreens? For the Daily Water Gel SPF50+ Sunscreen: Use our hydrating sunscreen daily as a last step of your skincare routine, after your moisturiser (if using). Apply an even layer on your skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling.Putting your face on? Allow a few minutes for your sunscreen to absorb before applying your makeup – which will glide on like a dream. Want to reapply it over your makeup? No problem. Add the Daily Water Gel onto a makeup sponge and lightly blot it all over your face. This blotting action will ensure your makeup doesn't get smudged.For the Body Sunscreen SPF50+: Apply an even layer on clean, dry skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply the sunscreen after four hours, or more frequently after swimming, sweating or towelling.How much sunscreen to use on your face and bodyTo achieve the SPF listed on the bottle, sunscreen should be applied liberally – probably a lot more liberally than you think! Most of us (including as many as 4 in 5 Australians) aren’t applying enough sunscreen, so let’s clear up the confusion.When it comes to our sunscreen for your body, one shot glass or two tablespoons will be sufficient to cover the limbs and front and back of the body, for most average-sized adults. For our Daily Water Gel, we recommend applying the equivalent of two finger lengths (middle and index) for the face, neck and ears.
